The Treasurer (Dan) will sent out the dues statements in the beginning of December and all should be mailed by the 15th.
For working members, please check to confirm the correct hours are recorded and if there is a discrepancy, please contact the board, if you were interested.
Payment can be made by mail (to the address on the invoice) by check , or in person by cash or check.
Members can pay their dues in person at the January or the February monthly meeting.
Dan will be at the monthly meeting nights early at 5;00 pm for members who want to pay before the meeting starts.
In addition , weather permitting...
Dan will be at the Madden house on Saturday December 27th, Saturday January 3rd and Saturday January 17th between 8:30 AM and 11:00 AM to accept dues payments (cash or check).
The Club has set up an Electronic Payment System, for anyone that would like to use it. Please contact a board member to get information.

Meeting Dates :
Because the dates of the board and membership meeting are falling on a few holidays, The board has decided to change and cancel the Meeting dates as follows:
December's Membership meeting will be the first Thursday as normal (12-4).
December's Board meeting cancelled (12-25, Merry Christmas).
January's Membership meeting will be moved from 1-1-26 (New Years Day) to 1-8-26.
After these dates , the meetings will go back to the normal days.
